First off, I have moved, many times. With kids, with pets, on rainy days, polar vortex days and nights. We moved things ourselves, with the help of friends, and movers who showed up late or not at all. During those moves, I cried (many times) had panic attacks, and had many sleepless nights. I realized somewhere around the 3rd move, the scariest part was not knowing what was happening and being afraid to ask questions. We had several Real Estate Agents through the years, but none that I was comfortable enough around to ask questions. We did not have the person to guide us, to calm us and to watch out for us. The last move was the hardest. Our Real Estate Agent was really hard to get a hold of and I did not want to be a bother. I found myself diving into what it takes to sell a house and think outside the box. After many late nights studying the industry and learning how the market works, I realized I had a new passion. I would watch how long homes stayed on the market and which areas were hot. I could tell what a difference professional photos and detailed descriptions made. I felt inspired.
I have always been a worker bee that wants to help people. After 15 years as a massage therapist, my wrists and back told me it was time to change the way I help people. I kept thinking how much better buying and selling would be if there was someone who guided you every step of the way. Someone who was a text or phone call away if a problem or worry came up, no matter how small or what time it was. That explained how the market works, every best case and worst case scenario for each milestone of the transaction. Someone that knows what is important to you and your family and handles everything. I strive to be that person I always wanted by our side. To make the most important finanical decision of selling & buying a home you need a Real Estate Agent. I would be honored to be yours.
